Privacy Policy

Nibbit ("the App") is built and operated by Tou Much LLC ("we," "us," "our"). We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Nibbit has not launched yet. This policy covers the Nibbit website at heynibbit.com and its waitlist. We will update it before the App becomes available.

Information We Collect

Waitlist Email Address. When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you enter. We use it only to send you updates about Nibbit, such as the launch announcement.

Signup Details. Alongside your email address we record the date and time you joined, the country you signed up from, and, if you arrived through a link with campaign tags, which campaign or site brought you here (for example the "utm" tags in the link and the address of the referring site). This helps us understand where interest in Nibbit is coming from. If you arrived through a friend's referral link, we also store that referral code so we can credit them later.

Optional Survey. After you join, we may ask two optional questions, such as which GLP-1 medication you take and which meal moments are hardest. Answers are anonymous: they are stored separately from your email address with only the date, and we do not link them to you. You can skip them.

Analytics Data. We use privacy-friendly analytics to see aggregate usage patterns, such as how many people visit the website. This data does not use cookies and cannot be used to identify you personally.

Reddit Ads. We use the Reddit Pixel on this website to see which Reddit ads lead to a waitlist signup and to reach people who have already visited. Reddit may set a cookie and receive the page address, the time of the visit, and a browser identifier. When you join the waitlist, the pixel also sends Reddit a hashed copy of the email address you entered, so a signup can be matched to an ad click. We do not send Reddit your survey answers. Reddit's own policy is at reddit.com/policies/privacy-policy.

Security Data. To protect the waitlist from spam and automated signups, basic technical details such as your IP address and browser type are processed when you submit the form.

Information We Do Not Collect

The website does not collect your name, phone number, precise location, contacts, or photos. It does not require you to create an account. The only health-related detail it asks for is the optional, anonymous survey answer described above, which is never linked to your email address.

Third-Party Services

• Cloudflare hosts the website, stores the waitlist, provides anonymized analytics, and protects the signup form from spam.
• Reddit provides the Reddit Pixel described above, which measures our ads and supports ads shown to previous visitors.

Aside from the Reddit Pixel, we do not integrate advertising networks, social media trackers, or data brokers.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We share information with the companies that run the website and measure our ads, as described above. That includes Cloudflare, which hosts the site, and Reddit, which receives the pixel data, including a hashed copy of your email when you join the waitlist. We do not give your email address to anyone else for their own marketing.

Anonymized, aggregated data may be shared internally for analysis purposes. It cannot identify individual users.

Data Retention

We keep your waitlist email address until you ask us to remove it or until the waitlist is no longer needed. Analytics data follows Cloudflare's standard retention policies. Reddit keeps pixel data under its own privacy policy.

Children's Privacy

Nibbit is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your Choices

You can leave the waitlist and have your email address deleted at any time by emailing privacy@toumuch.com from the address you signed up with. You can also ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you.

A browser tool that blocks advertising cookies will block the Reddit Pixel. The waitlist form still works if the pixel is blocked.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after changes means acceptance of the revised policy.
